Description: Today's world asks more of us as leaders than ever before. Everything is faster and more complex. We are in the midst of a monumental shift in how we perceive, create, and act. Society, organizational structure, communication, technology, etc. are just a few factors driving change. This means that the definition and expectations of leadership is changing. This session will focus on:
- what the new landscape looks like
- which aspects are still the same
- what new leadership qualities are
- demonstrate how modern leadership dramatically impacts key metrics
- answering your questions about how to transform leadership
Presenter: Ben Snyder has a M.A. in Organizational Transformation and Leadership. He has developed a cutting edge process that captures the best assets of all leading industry approaches and tools. His company Copper Black offers three service lines:
- helping clients with assessing and coaching from a strengths based and contextual leadership perspective
