The Importance of Self-Care in the Workplace

Self-care can be simply defined as the ability to pay attention to a physical sense of wellbeing.  However, in the workplace, our own wellbeing is often the furthest from our minds. In this session, we'll discuss the correlation between well-being and high employee morale and learn some tactics for getting to and being our best self so we can be at optimum performance for our teams and our organization.

Learning Objectives:

1.  Realize the symptoms of burnout, stress, and fatigue;

2.  Discover how to manage stress by utilizing a reframing model; and

3.  Learn how to apply energy boosters to increase your own and your team's           motivation
