Implementing Small Experiments for Big Impact

Kayla Paulson

Leveraging the Supportive Environment for Effectiveness (SEE) framework we will workshop pain points with onboarding, training, engagement and more. SEE is a research-based framework that helps entities keep us accountable to creating opportunities for people to be at their best. If you can agree that people want to understand what is going on, care a lot about feeling competent and clear-headed, and want to feel like they matter and make a difference this session could be for you. If you are also tired of big overhauls and open to the idea of implementing small changes, then you need to join us.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Introduction to Supportive Environments for Effectiveness framework and the domains.
  2. Identigfy pain points and small changes that could make a big impact.
  3. Map out small changes that can make a big impact on one pain point.
