Why do employees struggle at work? It's possible they are under-skilled, in over their heads, or intentionally giving poor effort. However, a more likely reason is that they just don't know what to do. A lack of clarity in the workplace is devastating: when you are unclear about what to do, you'll either freeze and do nothing, actively avoid the work by doing busy work or having unnecessary meetings, or take a wild risk just to do ANYTHING that might work. If leaders want to help their employees regain traction and get back to making progress, they need to define the impact they need their employees to make. Once employees understand the impact they need to make, they can be unleased to do their best work. Join us for "Defining Impact: How Increasing Clarity in Work Unleashes Your Employees To Make a Bigger Impact" where we will help you understand why people struggle with clarity and confidence, how leaders need to step in to provide clarity, and how exactly we can define impact to unleash employees in the workplace.
