Intermediate Learning Technology Consultant - Transamerica
What You Will Do: You will be responsible for content design, production, and maintenance of virtual learning experiences and courseware related to organizational culture, leadership competencies, and other enterprise-wide learning topics as assigned. Your primary responsibility is the development of e-learning programs using SCORM compliant authoring tools. You will perform system administration within the learning management system and associated learning platforms. You will provide employee and team support for participation in Talent Development activities. The projects assigned are moderately complex and require collaborative development with subject matter experts in the lines of business and the Learning and Development team.
