Transitions and Change Program

Description: As talent development professionals, we are no strangers to change.  We have experienced it in our own careers and every day, we work to help individuals, teams and organizations make the transitions necessary to achieve important goals.

During this interactive discussion, participants will gain key insights into how people respond to change. More important, as workplace learning and performance professionals, we will examine how to help employees and managers transition from denial, through resistance into exploration and finally commit to change.  You will leave with a formula for change management that will help to assess if you have all the right levers in place to drive change in a positive direction.

Presenter: Gale Mote, Gale Mote Associates, VP Administration

Location: This All-Chapter program will be held in Dubuque at NICC, Town Clock Business Center, 680 Main Street, Dubuque, Room 200 (Room 200 is located right off of the elevator on the second floor).

Site Coordinators for this program: Kathie Rotz, krotz@honkamp.com and Gale Mote, gale.mote@galemoteassociates.com

Cost for non-members, including guests, to attend the program is $10.00.  Hawkeye ASTD members' program attendance is included as a benefit of membership. (Reminder: Members must log in to the website to register free.)

Optional Networking Lunch
