Professional Excellence: Explore the ATD Competency Model and CPLP

Description

This program is a must for anyone who works in talent development, is passionate about the profession and desires to perform his or her work with excellence.

A panel of our chapter’s own Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) Certification holders will be sharing key insights into the ATD Competency model as well as their own personal experience (successes, challenges and lessons learned) with achieving the distinguished status of CPLP.

We will explore applying the competency model in your organizations as well as your own career, the roles you can aspire to, the skills necessary to get there and the resources available to help you succeed!
