What: Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset

When: October 25-26, 2017

Day 1 – October 25th – The Outward Mindset Workshop by the Arbinger Institute

Day 2 – October 26th – The Arbinger Institute will kick off the day by providing tools for implementing the Outward Mindset techniques from Day 1. The remainder of the day will consist of break-out sessions focusing on topics related to the Outward Mindset concept including:

Emotional Intelligence

Leadership and Organizational Development

Team Building
