Site Program Title: Change Management 2.0...the Rest of the Story

Description: Although the majority of us in the Training & Development field have some background on the basics of how to manage change, this session will share the rest of the story that moves deeper than when we simply realize a change is needed. Unfortunately, often we are hopeful and, in some cases, quite naïve with the belief that the change will end up well. This session will help you define the differences between incremental change and transformational change and understand your role in this change process. Please plan to come to the session with an idea of a change you are contemplating. This preparation will allow you to immediately apply what you learn during the session. This method is what I call the LE-AP Method, being able to immediately apply what you have learned. Hope to see you there!
