PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The ATD Hawkeye Train-the-Trainer professional development workshop includes the equivalent of TWO full days of value-packed learning! The workshop is designed for new trainers, subject matter experts who are tasked with training, and also serves as a refresher for experienced trainers.
The workshop consists of two parts. The first provides the foundational knowledge and skills needed to design training. The second provides the basics of training delivery.
Marcie Van Note, Director of MBA and Master of Strategic Leadership programs at Mt. Mercy University shares her expertise during the design portion of the workshop. Melanie Hoffner, Founder and Chief People Development Specialist, Brain Bonanza, LLC shares her insights and talents during the delivery portion. Both Marcie and Melanie are Past Presidents of the ATD Hawkeye Chapter.

Your registration fee will cover the entire two weeks of training - a total of 16 hours!
