There are no shortcuts when it comes to great design, but the Design-Envy session will show you some efficient ways to take your work to the next level. This session provides detailed information and plenty of examples of what exceptional instructional design looks like. Make your work stand out. Kick complacency to the curb. Design like a boss.

BIOGRAPHY
Chanta Rand is an instructional design artist with a craving for color, a love of layouts, and a fetish for fonts. Currently, a Sr. Learning Strategy & Innovation Advisor for CVS Health, she’s an expert on the latest learning innovations and trends.
In 2020, she founded DesignSlayers.com and Curriculum Queens, consulting services focused on visually appealing training designs that help tell the data story. When she’s not designing, she’s working on her upcoming book, Breaking Bold: Techniques That Will Get Your Instructional Design Noticed.

Please join us up to 15 minutes early for a technology check, sign-in, and informal networking. We will get started at 8:00AM.
SHRM CREDITS
This program is valid for 1 PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
REGISTRATION FEES
Members can log into the website and register to attend the program for free. Guests will need to register online and pay a fee of $20.00. We'd be more than happy to apply your registration fee toward a chapter membership when you become a member within one week of this program.
