As trainers, we have an important responsibility to ensure that what we teach in the classroom is implemented successfully when our participants return to work. The respect that leadership, our peers and clients have for us as learning and workplace professionals is determined, in large part, by our ability to affect positive change. We all know how difficult that can be! For our internal and external clients, training effectiveness means learning, application and impact. Today, Gale will be sharing practical tools to help you plan and implement effective ways to measure and evaluate your learning interventions.
For over 21 years, Gale has been designing and delivering motivational workshops and training classes for all types of industry and organizations. Her firm, Gale Mote Associates, specializes in building High Performance Work Cultures and organizational development consulting. Her sessions are creative, energizing, participant-centered and get results!
Gale is a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP®) by the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
Cost for non-members, including guests, is $10.00. Hawkeye ASTD members attend at no charge. (Members must log in to the website to register without incurring the $10 guest fee.)
