In a world of instant access of information is it really necessary to learn?... Yes!

This session will explain the importance of training, tacit knowledge, knowledge retention and wisdom. The session will show L&D professionals how to drive behavior to look at internal resources instead of just looking up things online. Participants will also come away with a Resource Effectiveness Audit tool.

BIOGRAPHY

Molly received her undergraduate degree and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She earned her Certified Professional of Talent Development accreditation in 2021.
