Join us for the Hawkeye ASTD Non-Profit Training Day.

A day of professional training  provided for anyone working or volunteering for a non-profit organization.

7:45 - 8:15	Registration/Breakfast
8:15 - 9:00	Opening Session – Featuring Liz Hoskins, Director of Waypoint
9:10 – 10:10	Concurrent Sessions 1 Social Media – Benefits and cautions of using social media. OR Professional Development Plans -  How to create a professional development plan, or help employees create theirs.
10:20 - 11:20	Concurrent Sessions 2 Time Management – Tips and Tricks OR Training Adults – Tips for effectively training adults.
11:30 - 12:30	Concurrent Sessions 3 Communication Basics – Dos and Don’ts OR Coaching for Performance – How to coach employees and volunteers to achieve high performance.
12:30 - 1:15	Lunch
1:15 - 2:45	Difficult Conversations
2:45 - 3:00	Break
3:00 - 4:30	Conflict Resolution

Cost:
$25.00 per person. (includes continental breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack)
