PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

As a podcast host for nearly 10 years, Shawn Rosler, host/creator of the Course Grind Podcast, has been able to take his hobby and leverage it professionally, proving what he's been purporting all along: Podcasts ARE learning.  By leveraging this low risk platform, professional organizations I've worked with have been able to put out brand-centric content, focusing on content that matters to users, all via a podcast platform (that takes mobility into account by default.)  This session will take a look at where podcasts work (and where they don't), how you can start to build your concept, and how to roll it out/market it (or even assign it, should you need to.)  By aligning the work of the 'ID-Turned-Host' and the knowledge of your 'SME-Turned-Guest', learning content is just an interview away.

CAPABILITY MODEL

Developing Professional Capability - Personal Communication
