PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Some of us have been in a professional training role and some of us become "accidental" trainers.  You may be a subject matter expert with training, or perhaps you lead a team and are responsible for delivering training to your team.  You may simply have an interest in becoming a better communicator in information delivery.  Regardless, this workshop is for you!

This Train the Trainer session will help increase your confidence in delivering a more effective learning experience for you and your participants, which leads to improved performance and a positive impact on results.  This will be a ONE day session packed with tools and best practices for enhancing your skills.  You will walk away with practical application, professional training tips, and a tool box equipped to help you grow in your role.

1. How to improve your training sessions
2. The 4 laws of learning
3. The 6 trumps of delivery
4. Openers, closers, revisiting and energizers

NOTE: This workshop will earn you 8 PDC's towards certification.
