This session focuses on navigating challenges in maintaining organizational culture within the context of remote and hybrid work. In the wake of significant shift to remote and hybrid work since 2020, business leaders face new complexities in upholding company values, beliefs, and attitudes. This session offers insights and practical recommendations based on research evidence and practitioner experiences.

By the end of this session, participants will:

  • Learn how to embed culture into training programs for sustained reinforcement
  • Possess new strategies for maintaining culture in a hybrid environment

BIOGRAPHY

Alanna is an Industrial Organizational Psychologist with 7 years of experience developing innovative solutions for talent selection and development. She completed her MSc in Organizational Psychology at the University of Manchester in 2016 and in 2021 became a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. Now based in Toronto, she works for Talogy, a global talent management consultancy, specializing in innovation.

She is the creator and product lead of Talogy's values assessment, Capture, winner of a Brandon Hall silver medal for Best Advance in Unique Talent Management Technology. Her particular areas of research interest are talent development, remote and hybrid work, values and culture fit, diversity, equity and inclusion.

SHRM CREDITS

This program is valid for 1 PDC for the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP.
