MidWestOne Leadership Development Program Showcase

Part two of the Leadership Development Series will tie back to the leadership development program concepts that were introduced in our June program by Karen Schumacher of Crescendo Leadership Development.
Susan Weinschenk, from MidWestOne Bank, will share how the Leadership Institute at MidWestOne began and how it has evolved over the past 5 years. She'll explain:
- Why the Institute was implemented and how it ties to company mission and values (Levels)
- How employees are selected (Evaluate)
- Requirements and opportunities beyond classroom events (Activities)
- Results and changes along the way (Do it)
Cost for non-members, including guests, is $10.00. Hawkeye ASTD member attendance is included as a benefit of membership. (Members must log in to the website to register free.)
