We are pleased to offer both two-day and one-day registration options, as well as two special small meal sessions with keynote speakers. Meal Sessions may be purchased with or without conference registration.

  •  Registration fees for this event are refundable, minus a $25 processing fee, up to 48 hours prior to the conference. 
  •  If you have any dietary restrictions, please contact Marcie Van Note by October 22 with your needs.
  •  For group registration, please send names and email addresses of each registrant to Melanie Hoffner and one invoice will be emailed to you.
