BIO:

Leslie Wright is a “sense-maker” and network builder. Her work is built on an enduring belief in: • The power of collaborations and collective creativity • The power of diversity • The driving need for an inclusive and just community • The transformative power of curiosity • A future built on networked and interdependent systems Before launching Collective Clarity, Leslie worked in the nonprofit sector where she was a visionary leader and successful intrapreneur. She led teams focused on designing and implementing innovative solutions to human challenges in complex systems. This required the ability to work in the spaces “in between”, to sense emerging forces, and to identify and connect key stakeholders. Leslie brings experience mined from her roles as a corporate buyer, business analyst and nonprofit community researcher. Leslie has been a speaker and trainer for the United Way Worldwide network, a facilitator and trainer in organizational development and performance improvement, and a strategic planning consultant.
