Train the Trainer 2024
We are pleased to announce Brenda Meeker and Melanie Hoffner will once again facilitate our very popular Train the Trainer workshops in 2024! Here is a quick look at the dates and times:
Train the Trainer for the Informal Trainer will be held at Mount Mercy University's CRST International Graduate Center on:
- April 9th from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Train the Trainer for the Formal Trainer will be held at Mount Mercy University's CRST International Graduate Center on:
- May 7th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Brenda) AND
- May 8th from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (Melanie)
Train the Trainer for the Informal Trainer is an event for "accidental" trainers, subject matter experts, and leader who train their teams. Help increase your confidence in delivering a more effective learning experience, which leads to improved performance and results. Walk away with practical application, professional training tips, and a tool box equipped to help you grow in your role.
Pricing for this event is $119 for members, $149 for non-members and $89 for students.

The Train the Trainer for the Formal trainer two-day workshop is for those who are new to a formal training role, and for experienced trainers that need a refresher to their design and delivery. The first day provides the foundational knowledge and skills needed to design training and the second day provides the basics of training delivery.
Pricing for this event is $199 for members, $249 for non-members and $119 for students.

Bonus Train the Trainer Opportunity: For Virtual/Hybrid Training
Train the Trainer for the Formal and Informal Trainer is a prerequisite for a bonus session workshop. Consider joning us on June 4 to take what you have learned in these Train the Trainer workshops and apply those skills to a virtual or hybrid environment. To sign up for the bonus session, registrants should look at their Confirmation and Reminder emails for the Formal and Informal sessions to get access to this bonus session.
FACILITATORS
Brenda Meeker is the Owner and President of Elevate Consulting, LLC and the Current President of ATD Hawkeye Chapter. Melanie Hoffner is the Founder and Chief People Development Specialist at Brain Bonanza, LLC. Both Melanie is a Past President of the ATD Hawkeye Chapter.
