Hawkeye ATD's Building Community Connections Conference (formerly known as Non-Profit Training Day) is an award-winning event where we give back to the community. This conference is great for staff, volunteers, and board members of non-profits, employees with talent development as a small portion of their role, and individuals who are new to talent development or looking for a fresh perspective.
Join us for an informative, fun, and energizing day that will help you better support talent development efforts. Your registration includes access to an expert panel, three breakout sessions of your choice, lunch and snacks, and chances to win door prizes. The day will wrap up with the opportunity to connect with ATD Members to learn how they can volunteer or offer pro-bono services to help you develop talent at nonprofit organizations.
