    Finding Your Why and Having Fun Along the Way

    In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing workplace, creativity and innovation are essential, not just for solving problems, but for personal growth, resilience, and fulfillment. This ATD virtual program will enable you to explore your own creative potential, clarify your “why” (your personal purpose and motivation), and reframe how you approach your work with curiosity and joy. You will walk away with tools to unlock creative thinking, strategies to reconnect with your purpose, and permission to infuse fun into your professional lives, all of which fuel innovation and long-term success.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Define the relationship between creativity, innovation, and personal growth.

    • Identify your own “why”, the deeper purpose that fuels your work and career.

    • Apply techniques to unlock creativity in daily work, even in routine or challenging moments.

    • Recognize the value of fun and playfulness as essential drivers of creativity and innovation.

    • Commit to at least one practice that connects your purpose with creativity in your role.

    Speaker Bio:

    Jeannie Frazier is the founder and Principal CEO of Learning Jeannie, LLC, a company that specializes in Learning & Leadership Development consulting, facilitation services, and learning sessions. She has over 23 years of successful experience, having worked for FranklinCovey, Wilson Learning, Korn Ferry, and Gartner.

    Jeannie has been continually recognized for her work in the Talent Development space:

    • In 2020, Jeannie received the “Presenter of the Year” award for ATD Nebraska.
    • In 2023-2024, Jeannie and the Director of Member Experience were recognized with two ATD “Sharing Our Success” awards regarding student membership and sponsorship and automated recognition emails.
