Deborah (Deb) has has an HR and training background with over twenty-five years of experience in both profit and non-profit organizations. This includes: manufacturing, aviation, banking, medical and nursing home facilities along with foster care.  She’s provided professional services as both an outsourced HR team member and as employee. Her most recent position was Director of Human Resources at Crystal Group, Inc.
