Trainers Forum Program Description

Join area Talent Development professionals to network, share and gain practical insights to apply in your training and development work.


Through a Knowledge Cafe, we will connect and share Favorite Icebreakers/Openers, Challenges/Suggestions to Help, and Training Technology Tips & Tools. 


"You Can Lead a Horse to Water... What if You Could Make Them Thirsty?" Melanie Hoffner, Certified Brain-Based Trainer and People Development Specialist with Brain Bonanza LLC, will facilitate a program filled with strategies you can use to engage even those "hostage" participants.


You can also enjoy a continental breakfast, door prizes, and a Book Sale of donated new and used books (scroll down for details)!

This special event is open and free to anyone who works in the Talent Development area.
