Resilience is the ability to recover quickly from adversity and disappointment. Hardiness, an important factor in resilience, is a set of psychological qualities that characterize people who continue to perform well under stressful conditions.
In this interactive presentation, you will identify the three components of hardiness: challenge, control and commitment. We will explore how to develop these skills within yourself as well how leaders can create an environment for hardiness to flourish within the team.
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is essential to demonstrate a flexible, confident and passionate approach to changes happening in your life. You will have an opportunity to assess your level of connection to several different behaviors as well as gain insight as to how to develop each.
