Just like any other trained individual, talent and development professionals are held to compliance and ethical behavior within the laws that govern where they work and live. This may include knowledge of abiding by the regulations and laws related to content creation, accessibility, human resources, employment and public policy.
Sharpen your knowledge this month by joining us to learn about the basics of ethics, ethical decision making, and taking ethical action.
Kristymarie Shipley is an Associate Attorney with Shuttleworth & Ingersoll based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Her practice is focused on both labor and employment law and litigation. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Sidot, and her son, William. She enjoys spending time with their two dogs, Jack and Belle Blue, reading, and learning new languages. Kristymarie is bilingual in English and Spanish and is now learning Korean.

Members can log into the website and register to attend the program for free. Guests will need to register online and pay a fee of $20.00. We'd be more than happy to apply your registration fee toward a chapter membership when you become a member within one week of this program.
