PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Teams that display psychological safety are effective, efficient and have less turnover than regular teams.  They are able to tackle tough challenges in today's environment.  It is imperative we train our leaders to promote these types of teams.  Talent professionals will walk away with tangible training ideas to help leaders promote psychological safety.

BIOGRAPHY

Molly received her undergraduate degree and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Iowa. She earned her Certified Professional of Talent Development accreditation in 2021.  Molly has a passion for business, strategy, leadership and learning.  Molly has taught business classes at a collegiate level since 2009. Molly has over 15 years of business and speaking experience.

Members can log into the website and register to attend the program for free.  Guests will need to register online and pay a fee of $20.00. We'd be more than happy to apply your registration fee toward a chapter membership when you become a member within one week of this program.
