PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This session will discuss hybrid training techniques any facilitator can incorporate into their own workshops.  Examples include determining if a hybrid format is the best solution, balancing facilitator attention, fostering engagement between physical and virtual participants, and ensuring technology is adequate.  A major goal of hybrid workshops is to create inclusion and equality between physical participants and virtual participants, and this workshop will explore those opportunities.  This workshop is built on current material on hybrid facilitation including Robert's book Hybrid Live Guide.  You can also access the Hybrid Live Guide video series at knowmium.com.

BIOGRAPHY

Robert is the Senior Consultant at Knowmium in Hong Kong and has over 18 years of university teaching, business training, and coaching experience on all 7 continents.  Robert consults global firms on persuasive communication programs and goals.  In 2022, Robert published a book on hybrid facilitation, Hybrid Live Guide, and an accompanying video series.  He presented at the 2022 ATD International Conference & EXPO.
