PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This program focuses on developing the essential coaching skills required for Learning and Development (L&D) professionals. Participants will gain a thorough understanding of the significance of coaching in the L&K field and learn to integrate coaching strategies into their practices to enhance learning outcomes.

Learning objectives:

  • Recognize the significance of coaching as an essential skill for Learning & Development (L&D) professionals.
  • Integrate coaching strategies with L&D practices to create a comprehensive approach for addressing the forgetting curve and maximizing learning outcomes.
  • Analyze the components of effective feedback and demonstrate the ability to generate constructive and actionable feedback through coaching.

Jennifer Zach is an esteemed executive coach, speaker, and L&D content contributor, specializing in empowering leaders to manage their natural fight-flight-freeze response effectively. With somatic awareness as a powerful leadership strategy, Jennifer enables leaders to refine their influence and drive superior business outcomes. With over 14 years of experience in business leadership coaching, Jennifer is widely recognized for her contributions to prestigious publications such as Training Magazine's online articles and ATD's international magazine and online blog.


Jennifer serves as the VP of Programs for the ATD Hawkeye chapter in Iowa. She is an active member of various professional organizations, including the ICF Iowa Charter Chapter, Rotary International, and Toastmasters.


Jennifer's qualifications include the following: Graduating from Coach U, the world's first coaching school and holding a certificate in integrative somatic trauma therapy.  Her expertise and dedication make her a trusted and influential figure in the field of leadership coaching and development.

Members can log into the website and register to attend the program for free.  Other guests will need to register online and pay a fee of $20.00. We'd be more than happy to apply your registration fee toward a chapter membership when you become a member within one week of this program.
