Description: Is it even feasible to create objective metrics from subjective data in order to measure the return on investment (ROI) of training? How much does it cost to compile these assumptions? How much value does senior management place on this information? In this session we’ll consider a method to create metrics that are meaningful, compelling and simplify traditional methods proposed by Kirkpatrick, Dr. Jack Phillips, Human Capital Indicator models, Balanced Scorecard approaches, Utility methods and statistical control charts. It comes down to TWO basic principles. Please come and share your successes and challenges in this area!
