Mindfulness IS a Business Strategy

Mindfulness is paying attention on purpose. Learning and practicing mindfulness can improve influence, resilience, relationships, priorities, and many other things that affect a person, and in turn, an organization. Science shows that we have more ability to shape our days than what we realize. In this session we will use research-based techniques to view ways to help develop our mindfulness. These small, consistent changes can make a big difference in how we work, even on the roughest days.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Experience how mindfulness can improve your well-being and performance.
  2. Focus your attention intentionally.
  3. Apply mindfulness to business skills.
