"What did you say?" Active Listening Through Storytelling

La Rae Heyl

Are you really that great at listening? Don’t you always have the answer, and you are dying to tell others what they should do next?  Uncover how to truly use active listening through a storytelling exercise. One of the greatest leadership skills is to listen. If you want to stand out and display this potential, you need to practice. You will gain a reputation for being an empathic and authentic leader with your teams. Constructively gain insights into a particular model that supports active listening. Instead of “what did you say?” you will focus on eliciting thoughts and themes that help you gain insights into true problem solving and coaching.
