Five Things Leaders Need To Succeed Now

    July 11th, 2025 - via Zoom

The ATD Hawkeye Chapter is proud to host Kevin Eikenberry as he leads a virtual seminar to boost your leadership capability.

Five Things Leaders Need to Succeed Now

The world, and the world of work is changing – faster than ever. There are new external forces, new expectations from customers and employees, more uncertainty, changing rules, more change and leaders are left trying to figure all of it out, while leading day to day.

Leading has never been easy, but it has never been more complex than it is now. We can wish for the “good old days” or we can accept and embrace the present – and adjust our leadership approaches to match a new world. But what does this new world require of us as leaders, and for the leaders in our organizations?

While there are a lot of unknowns, there is one thing we know for sure:
Leadership skills will be more important than ever.

Join us for an interactive, thought provoking, and practical session where Kevin Eikenberry highlights the key needs for leaders in this new world – and how organizations can help them get there. This will be a timely, practical, and inspirational look into the future of the leader’s role – and how you can prepare for it.

At the end of this fast-paced and interactive learning experience you will be able to:
    • Outline why developing the right leadership skills is critical to your success in the future.
    • Describe the leadership competencies that are critical for success now.
    • Build a plan to grow those competencies for yourself and other leaders in your organization.

The future of work contains big opportunities and the choices and preparation you take now will have impact far into the future.

You can do nothing and get reducing returns from what you already do.

Or you can proactively look to the future adjusting based on the skills needed today.
Join us for a powerful session to help you make a new set of choices for your leaders and organization.

    When:

    Friday. July 11th, 2025. 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM.
